By accessing or using Argon – The Attendance Record System ("System"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the System.

To access certain features of the System, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Upon verification, we will process your request and delete your personal data from our systems. We will notify you once your request has been completed. Please note that it may take up to 30 days to process your request.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the System at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or the System.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the System

The System is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the System
